Bhagat Singh, A true Sardar, was he? wasn't he?

Yesterday, I Just heard someone arguing that Bhagat Singh was not a true Sardar, or was he a true Sardar? The main question here was they were just arguing on this bcoz Bhagat Singh had left wearing a Pagadi which is a must for a Sardar and also he had cut his hairs Short, Everyone knows that Sardar are one of the most knowned and reputed community not only in our Country but in the Whole Globe. Sardars are mostly known for their friendly and very down 2 earth nature, you will always have a good time if you are with a Sardar, But more of all they are known for the Love they have for their country, the only Question here i want 2 ask is that is it really necessary for a Sardar to wear a Pagadi or to have long hairs? Is it that if a person leaves wearing Pagadi or cut his hair, he is deprived of being treated as a Sardar? I Still believe that Bhagat Singh was a True Sardar , he was the most beloved Son India Ever had, Jai Hind!!!!!!
